In the event that you receive a damaged item, or you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us as soon as possible. You may send the item back to us for an exchange, if we have a replacement, or a refund. Instead of charging our customers a restocking fee, returns and exchanges are shipped at the customer's expense.

- International orders (outside of the US): Please wait 30 days from the ship date to allow for customs delays before notifying us of a lost package.
