If you are buying multiple items,
we will often be able to pack them in one box to save you money on shipping.
Please email us with the items you would like to order and your location so
we can quote you a discounted total shipping price!

We will then send you an official invoice through Paypal reflecting your discounted shipping rate. You may then pay us through any of the below payment options. Paying through Paypal, whether you are using your Paypal account or a credit card, is safer for you and safer for us.
Fraudulent purchases will be reported to the authorities immediately.

SHIPPING METHODS:
We ship every business day. We trust the US Postal service with all of our shipping needs. They are professional, cost-effective and surprisingly efficient.
Our default shipping method for domestic packages is Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-4 days to arrive at your doorstep.
For our international customers, we will ship using USPS First Class Mail International. If you require your order to arrive faster, Priority Mail International is a great option. If you need tracking information on your package, we can use Express Mail International. We will be happy to accomodate any shipping method for any order.

NOTE: If you are an international customer and your package weighs over 4lbs, we must use either PMI or EMI to ship.

INSURANCE:
We will be happy to provide an insurance quote via email or phone if you wish to purchase insurance. We will do our best to work with you to come to a sensible shipping solution for small, expensive items that you wish to insure.

USPS Insurance costs:

$2.50 for packages valued between $50 - $99.99
$3.50 for packages valued between $100 - $199.99
$4.50 for packages valued between $200 - $299.99
$5.50 for packages valued between $300 - $399.99
$6.50 for packages valued between $400 - $499.99

To process your credit card, we will need the following pieces of information when you contact us:

Your full name as it appears on the card
The billing address of the card
The kind of card you are paying with

the CVV code (3 digits on the back of your MC or Visa card, 4 on the front of your AMEX)
Your shipping address
An email and a phone number where we can reach you

MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS & PERSONAL CHECKS

Easy.
We will ship immediately upon the receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal checks we will ship upon the clearing of that check in our bank account, usually 7-10 days for out-of-state checks.

MUST pay electronically. We cannot accept foreign payments on paper!

IMPORT TAXES: Any and all importation and/or customs fees incurred from the international shipment of your order must be paid for by the recipient of the package. We will do our part to keep those costs down but occasionally you will be required to pay a VAT or some sort of other tax once your package has been delivered.

You do NOT need a Paypal account to send payments via Paypal.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS from anyone.
Cash is not trackable and is easily stolen from the mail.

We will NOT accept credit card information that is emailed to us. Not only is that unsafe, it is the preferred method of phishers (people who search the internet in an attempt to steal credit card information). Please take advantage of our secure Paypal-generated invoicing tool instead. PLEASE CALL US AT 1-347-223-5869 to pay with a credit card over the phone. Be prepared to fully identify yourself as the owner of that credit card.
